Can barely beat Rosemount the worst team in the Lake - lose to an AV a team in the middle of the Lake - no more analyzing needs to take place. Both goalies played great in the seminfinals. Ditto on wbmd's comment! Both the A.V and Woodbury goalies played great games. Both gave their respective team...

Re: Great Game

As the 9-0 scored reflected. Not much could be said for the Raiders from Hastings tonight. The forwards couldn't create anything, the defensemen couldn't stay with anyone, and the goalie for the most part couldn't stop anything. Even Gleinser, who has been rock solid this season, let in three shots...

Don't give Hastings "the team" too much credit in their quset to upset Woodbury earlier. Hastings was outshot like 52-12. The goalie is the only player Hastings has. If it weren't for him they could easily be 0-12. Hastings is the worst coached unskilled team i have seen in many year's. I...

I would put in Gleinser from Hastings and Wilcox from S. St. Paul also in that group that gives their team a chance to win no matter what. The point about having good stats because you are on a good team is somewhat moot though because those goalies may excel on average team also. I agree with Syke...

Game Notes must just report the goalie saves. The announcer reported Messina had 18 SOG and Gleinser had 41 SOG.

Nick Tuckner does a great job with the play by play of all the sports in the Tri-county area. Very dedicated to promoting all the girls and boys sports in the area. Thanks and keep up the good work!

ALSECORD - With you having friends in the Hastings community it would seem as though you probably have a good handle on what people are feeling in Hastings. Having endured the 4-22 season last year, a 9-17 season is an improvement. A 9-17 season is still not great but when you were below the bottom ...

The CDH vs. Hastings game was total domination by CDH from the start of the game. Yes the score was 1 - 1 at the end of the first but that was because Hastings goalie Jon Gleinser did as he has done all year played his tail off. CDH outplayed, outworked, outshot and developed a ton of scoring chance...

KDWA Sports Director and Announcer Nick Tuckner does a great job broadcasting all the area sports events. Hastings area is fortunate to have Nick as the Sports Director and Announcer. As for the game last night, Duluth East has a very good team. They will be a strong contender for their Section. Pro...

HastingDangler02 I was watching the same game you were watching. Maybe you didn't have as good of view that I had! Ben Horsch has been playing outstanding for Hastings, not in just this game but all season long. Ben is in my opinion the best defenseman in this section. He plays smart and works hard ...

I have to agree with a couple of comments made by HastingsDangler02. Yes it was a good effort by the whole team and Hastings did out work Woodbury the first period. However, the keys to this win were the team working hard, some great saves, excellent rebound control and covering the puck to stop Woo...

Jon Gleinser was playing in goal against Woodbury. 38 saves in the game. Great job by the whole team to get the win over an outstanding Woodbury team. Hastings has worked hard all season to improve and it is good to see them get some games in the win column.

Hastings Junior Goalie Jon Gleinser should be added to the top goalies. Great performance against Roseville 44 saves out of 46 shots to help lead the team to a major upset. Has also kept the Hastings team in games against Anoka, Forest Lake and Stillwater.
