Rapids dominates Hermantown with a 5-3 final. Should have been 5-2, Hermantown scored a garbage goal late. Rapids, if they finish off Falls and Denfeld, should be in top 2 discussion. Might need Elks and East to lose 2 games which is very possible looking at schedules.

3-2 Rapids after 2. After slow start Rapids is absolutely dominating one of the best teams in the state. Very encouraging considering we have some kids battling illness and no Mischke or Adams.

I could easily see East at 2... Today. That may change if they get beat by North and at Tonka. Rapids needs to win remaining games including a tough one vs Hermantown (A doesn't matter, they are good).

Rapids beat down Hibbing, but they need to beat Hermantown. Should be interesting with Elk River... they play Blaine and Centennial. Could lose both.

Rapids D are young, but only getting better. Getting Quinn Mischke back will be huge. He's a solid senior defenseman we've sorely been missing. Rapids has a great coaching staff that are getting them ready for the playoffs. Can't wait to fly in to MSP!

Good job. Very cool stuff. These teams are very even if you ask me. Any team can beat the other. And some nights things won't go your way and you'll get kicked in the teeth scoreboard wise. We've seen a lot of times in this section teams getting the 1 seed and fall in the semi-finals. Should be fun ...
