AHA drops to #4 and Prior Lake goes to Richfield next week. Should be a good game ... look for PL to break a long streak of getting pounded by the Stars.

I agree...Jags should be at #3. They're playing their best hockey right now, and if they can get some consistency in between the pipes they could be a dark horse.

I don't know what to say with this section. Edina is the automatic number one. I'd say Kennedy is for sure 8 and Shakopee is 7, otherwise I don't know.

This will be the 3rd year in a row everyone jumps on the Jag bandwagon forgetting where the program truly sits. The 90's are well over girls. AHA gets robbed the past two years in seedings and gave Edina their only tough games. AHA 2 seed because of the head to head with BVille-that simple-not about who's hot right now for the picks, that will only matter when they match up after the Anthem!

This Section will come down to coaching

So never mind AHA's loss to Chaska, tying New Prague, and squeaking by Chanhassen twice? The Stars have just been...well...inconsistent all year. They have had some good wins nullified by a poor performances.

Burnsville is most definitely the #2 seed in 2AA. A loss to the Stars in December (in OT) probably isn't enough to bump them down to #3. And, I don't think I'm ready to sit on the Jag's bandwagon yet, but they are playing some good hockey right now.

Either way, the semi's will be two good games, no matter what the seeds end up being.

Not sure of any other teams as hot as the jags are now, scored three goals with three minutes left in the game to come back and win last night against Eagan. Lets hope baby blue stays hot through sections.

The way Edina played last night makes them the favorite; however, they are more vulnerable in their D zone without Everson.

Not sure how Burnsville travels, but Jefferson vs Edina at Mariucci might be a nightmare section final to get into. Anyone remember a couple years ago? Took me about a half hour to get in the door. Target Center was much better.
