Crookston only plays 3 defensemen. If one gets a penalty, then a forward
will move down and take the rotation.

I saw some pretty amazing D last night from HM that should be on this list for certain, although honestly I wasn't able to make out any distinct pairings - #7 & #12 are very solid for HM...

By the way - HM #7 may be one of the best Sophomore D in the state. I've seen her play 4x now this year, and each time she has impressed me.
Well, I saw these HM D again last night and they again are very solid... Not surprising...

Laurinaitis and Yunger of Wayzata are high on the list of top defenders.
