8AA Semi-Final Brainerd vs. Moorhead at TRF. Teams played twice in the regular season. A 3-3 Tie, and a 2-1 Moorhead Win. Very evenly matched teams, should be a great game. Thats another one you could add to your list. There will be plenty of good games to watch tomorrow. I hope everybody can get ou...

My question is what would prevent the players from leaving early to play in Canada's major juniors and other such leagues? I fear the plan that you laid out may actually hurt college hockey. I see I neglected to put in there that a player who leaves HS early to play in ANY Junior League would forfe...

I dont think an age limit would be right but they could count a year in juniors as a year of college eligibility. If colleges want their players to develop in juniors, fine but it cost the player a year and the college has to still give them 4 on a scholarship. PB, That is close, but not quite exac...

Re: Sager is a fool !!!!
This is why USA Hockey thinks that Minnesota coaches are selfish pigs Can I get some documentation from USA hockey showing this? It would of done Jake Hanson no good to stay and play a very soft 26 game schedule. He needs to learn how to compete every shift every night if he wants to play a the U n...

The Rams own the Championship Belt and until someone knocks them off they are #1. ](*,) Your beating a dead horse[/quote] And the schedule comments aren't beating a dead horse? With the opponents that Edina has played this season and their high success rate, I would say Edina has the best powerplay in 2007-2008. amen Again with the Schedule comment. Cabela, thats the ONLY thing you have justifying Edina over Roseau in ANY THREAD. Get over it. Just because a team is good, ...

What is the big deal here? A great player made a play. Thats what they do. I bet when a scout watches this play... He won't see a selfish play, but he will see that it was impressive vision. Ness knew he was stopped the first time he went in the zone, knew he had space to circle back, and took it. H...

Re: Moorhead @ Brainerd Saturday
If the weather holds out,who will win this game and why? Big game for section seedings, winner should get the #2 seed as the two teams tied in the previous meeting. Hopefully Brainerd shows up, because Moorhead will. My prediction is Moorhead wins 5-2. Teams going in opposite directions. Doesn't bo...

You are correct, its the city of Centennial. Centennial is a city now? Who really cares who has the best PK? It only takes one mistake on the PK, and it can end up in the back of your net quick.

I agree. Its Roseau's section for the taking. Depends on which Brainerd team shows up if they play Moorhead in the semis. I think they lost pretty bad to Moorhead earlier in the season. I believe that earlier in the year it was Brainerd 3 Moorhead 3... thats a pretty bad loss to me too. What do the...
