Your AA Top 10 as of 2/3/08

Post by goldenhockey20 »

So who do you believe are the top teams coming into the final weeks of conference play???
Mine:

1) Roseau (I believe they'll be undefeated at the end of the regular season)
2) Edina (Playing very good at the moment, proved themselves vs Tonka)
3) Minnetonka (Tough loss to Edina but can't wait till they play again)
4) Benilde (Not much talk about this team lately, remember when they beat Edina???)
5) Hill-Murray (Talented hardworking teams will go far...)
6) Rosemount (Leading the toughest conference in the state as of right now)
7) Burnsville (Starting to get hot, will we see another late surge?)
8) Eden Prairie ( We all know about the great defense which is good but they really needed to beat B'ville)
9) Jefferson (Playing well as of late, if this teams comes together during playoffs they will be dangerous)
10) Hopkins (Very good record but i would love to see thembeat a team of high quality like Minnetonka or Edina)

I suspect he said that about any team which wasn't The Magic Which Is Edina last year.

Really, I don't understand why they waste precious time playing the games. Image

Curiously, I've seen worse reasons from others.

Well, I didn't mean that I don't like the school or players or Coach Pauley.
They are a good team, no question. Computer puts 'em at #6, I see.
But they lost to STA, DMarshall creamed STA...
I think they are about a 9 or 10 spot. But I think EP will beat 'em in sectionals, so EP then Benilde.
I am only right about 90% of the time, so I could be wrong.
:D

Now when DMarshall thumped STA, I was happy, because I don't like them.

if you watched the games between these two teams, youd know whos better, the first game was a fluke
Both times they played each other Minnetonka had over 45 shots, they just ran into a hot goalie.
