Decowski
Decowski has 12 points (half of his 24) vs. North Metro, who Andover has already played twice, and another 7 vs. Coon Rapids (next to bottom w/NM). When Andover starts playing the top 5 NWSC teams his scoring will come down considerably. With Cambridge and Coon Rapids on their schedule (both in the ...

Well I beleive E.R. was swept by C.P. last year and Rogers shut them out and Jensen was not even playing. You see I believe the coach is afraid he will lose to the Royals. Yes, it's true, after twenty-six straight wins , the Elks dropped 2 in a row to CP. A .929 winning percentage is what they've f...

CNT - Can we get a preview of Elk Rivers South Campus at the PWA level? Don't worry, the 2 adds are not from 55374. Not yet anyway.

Machine - Blades 99's
I heard from a couple people that the Machine shortened their bench while the Blades played their normal roation in both games? The Blades may not have shortened their bench, they just had skaters go 3 minute shifts and play 4+ of the last 5 minutes.   it's unfortunate for the Machi...

Champlin Park
Champlin Park has to address the loss of 12 seniors (8 forward, 2 D, 2G). They were a one line team that faded down the stretch, missing their goal of reaching the Coliseum after losing to Rogers two seasons in a row, once as a #8 seed in the 8-9 play-in, once as a #2 seed being upset by #7. The sco...

Where are they now?
A list of programs with past tournament success, only to be watching on their big screens this season. I'll start with five, if anyone wants to add a program/reason for a program not in the past few tourneys, or the next few. 1. Duluth East - top seed again is dismissed, 3rd year and counting... 2. ...

Rogers would need to be a top 4 team to get a home play-off game. As a #7 seed they need not worry about it. Bison 3, Royals 1.

Correction EREmpire, #7 Seed in 5AA. Centennial, Blaine, Maple Grove, Osseo, Champlin Park and Coon Rapids all are ahead of Rogers. This will not change no matter how many M8 games they win or lose from this point forward. A Blaine and Rogers rematch in the quarters is what it looks like, I don't fo...

Home teams and Boxscores
Why is it that the HOME team isn't calling in the boxscores to the Star-Tribune (Metro teams)? Is it not understood that WIN or LOSE you are responsible for doing this. I guess some guys egos get bruised if they have to see it in black and white the next day. It is the responsibility of a coaching s...

Brodhag finishing off the former club with the winner at Elk River, again karma, and leaving the CP faithful wondering...What if?. All 9 goals scored later in the season by the Elks at CP were memorable too, even though it was RUNNING TIME. He also sniped the winner on a break-away vs. Brainerd in 2...
