No doubt Bitzer is keeping the Spuds in this game thus far.

Seriously is it just me or is the only Hockey phrase this announcer knows is "Head Man Pass, Head Man Pass, etc.

Great game so far and it's going to be a great third period!!!

Go Spuds…

So much for the Kloos vs Randolph battle for Mr. Hockey... This was decided before the State Tournament, wasn't it? Lee I suppose it may have officially been but it was the first I have had to see Kloos. Although it appears that Kloos has plenty of talented teammates as well. So much for all the ar...

Congrats to LS!!!

Know we get to hear how the reason DE lost was because they played like crap right!!!

DE had a great season but it wasn't meant to be.

Seriously who's the announcer that keeps telling us that DE has outplayed LS the entire game thus far? Guess I must be watching a different game. I still believe that DE will win this game but at least give LS some credit...

Well first of I'd like to congratulate the Hill Murray Hockey team for a great win against a very good team. It's too bad it had to end this way for all the hardcore MG fans. I'd also want to put a shout out to all the MG players and coaches. Thanks for the great year so far!!!! :D :D :D Keep your h...

What I don't understand is all the complaining about the penalty in the opening seconds of the game. First off it was a bad decision by Brodzinski. Secondly it's not Maple Groves fault that Blaine didn't come prepared to play at the start of the game. Do you think that this was Blaines first 5 minut...

15-1 Final Kinda interesting to see MG throw their equipment everywhere after a huge defeat like that, but whatever, congrats to them. They deserve the W and a trip to State, finally. As for the score, I'm anticipating posts and threads of complaints. Just so you know, scores like that will ...

Well they gave a ridiculous 5 minute major (make up call) to MG and all they do is score a shorty. Can't blame the refs for the last two goals!!!

Karl… Honestly I don’t see how Tonka stays at #2. Here’s a team that gave up 5 goals to Duluth East in the first period of the Schwan’s Cup and eventually lost 6-2. That doesn’t sound much different than losing 9-3 considering the circumstances. I don’t understand why that loss seems to have such a ...

Well not the best game for Maple Grove tonight. Score could and should have been much higher. They came out flat in the second period and didn't play with the consistancy needed to be a top 5 team. Hate to rip on my own team but if they continue to play like this anything can happen come sections.

karl(east), I hate to beat a dead horse but I still have troubling understanding your ranking of Eagan. Even though they had a good week and one both games (East Ridge and Lakeville North) I’m still not that overly impressed with them. Honestly I'm not sure why there even in the top 5. I myself woul...

Karl I do understand your concerns with regards to Maple Grove and there lack of success in winning the section 5AA title. Guess will see how both our squads respond from their recent missteps.

Karl, I’ll have to say I agree with you rankings for the most part except for moving Tonka into first and dropping Maple Grove behind Eagan. Not suet if you gave some credit to Minnetonka for losing a close game. But they also beat what I consider to be a depleted East team. I understand giving cred...

No way to sugarcoat this one. Congrats to Tonka. Funny that arguably the top two teams in the state have played twice now, and each game has been a dud, one in each direction. Also, the winning team has been outshot in both. With the East second line mostly out, it was no surprise to see Tonka's se...

Re Pioneer: First off thanks for taking the time for putting together your rankings for all of us to banter about. But it would be nice to see a higher premium for winning and not losing. Does it realy matter if you win by 1 goal or 15 goals? Just for an example Woodbury is 35-6-3 and ther only 13th...
