Since the 2000 draft, what association has the most draft picks? I am from Hastings and here is our list:

2000 - Jeff Taffe (Rd 1), Dan Welch (Rd 8)
2005 - Taylor Chorney (Rd 2), Michael Gergen (Rd 2)
2008 - Derek Stepan (Rd ?)
