IMHO West Region will be the toughest. Based on myhockeyrankings, below are the rankings of the various teams in each of the regionals. I admit I am confused about the South side but I think you get the idea. Hands down West is toughest. PWA East WBL #31 vs Duluth East #36 Elk River #8 vs Tartan #40...
