I have noticed a couple call-up's from the na3hl to the nahl, all thou not many. But, I have not seen one call up from the mj, I do know that. I believe the na3hl and the mj are both tier 3, are they not? West coast vs East coast, all tier 3 hockey is just that, tier 3 hockey. There are alot of very...

Explain to me how the best players from each team can be chosen? From what I understand your coach nominates you and the coaches of the section pick you. How do these coaches even know this player unless you played against them, which you couldn't possibly play against all of them, or your coach cal...

I have seen less offensive remarks by others on this site taken of by the site admin. Almost all of the people at the game say the same thing, not intentional. I have had the pleasure of coaching 26 and he is in noway a dirty player. In fact theyre are some very good relationships between some of th...

My son faced the same problem. But he would have had playing time on the varsity squad. He wanted to stay at the bantam level with his friends.I had asked some people that have been around the game awhile and they all agreed that you play where you get the most ice time, period. Financialy, if you t...

Tryout fee + league fee+ travel & hotel fee = alot of money for a few games. Needless to say 4 full lines and little ice time in the games you do dress for. My son played last year and HE figured money better spent on personal trainning.

If they enrolled before the new transfer rule was set in place, they can transfer with no penalty. The school may not have had room until now for the players.

What about the two from shattuck? Are they both MN. kids? Just wondering. I personaly dont know how you can get it right and make those choices on three games. You would have to really do something special to impress the evaluators if your not a Benick or Rau or Gardiner. But there where alot of gre...

From what I see , the game has become so over coached . I feel teams work so much on systems that the kids are not in good hockey shape. Some teams that have little talent could be doing better if the coach would give up his ego and go back to basics and condition the team more. Hard hats and lunch ...

ROSEVILLE

It seems to me that the coach's total lack of respect for the official's has now rubbed of on the player's.Roseville seem's to have alot of penalties every game. When doe's the A.D. step in and say enough is enough. The coach,a former hastings player i believe, must have learned alot from Mr. Welch.Ev...

The young Reilly at D was totally out matched by Edina' size.He was on the ice for at least 3 of Edina' goals and had one penalty.Thats not a good game.

How do you get noticed?

How does a player get the attention of D-1 schools when you are playing on a team that struggles year after year?Lets say a player is very talented, but really doesnt make a huge differance on a team that has very little talent. You dont want this player to become a selfish player , but once the puck...
