Junior Derek Forbort is leaving for the USNDT. It's in the DNT and on the radio today... I can't find the link but it's on the Duluth News Tribune site today.

Someone called into WEBC about this and the radio guy tore into it right then and there and called it out, it was actually pretty funny. He mentioned the penalty minutes, the fact that there is no Canadien Scouting, it's CENTRAL Scouting for all of North America and there is no whatever abbreviation...

No radio tonight to my knowledge.

I think they could pull off an East/CEC game at the Heritage. Alot of the crowd for the semis at the DECC are other teams fans at the game before or after. It would be packed, but the atmosphere would be much better. They would definitely be going 3 or 4 deep along the SRO rails.

Is there enough time left to get this game made up? I'm almost thinking it might now matter much for section implications, but I sure would like to see these 2 meet again.

Any chance that this one gets cancelled due to the ice storm heading up north?

Just recieved word from a player on Duluth East and the game has been postponed. All Duluth schools are closed tomorrow, so no after school activities.

Good game so far with East finally getting on the board. I heard that 560's radio guy was involved in a car accident with a drunk driver on his way to the game

But from what someone said, he was still there recording updates or something... what a trooper
