You seem to be in the know with IGH/SSP, what are the reasons for fielding a peewee A team without SSP players or board support?

Why is it good at the bantam level to combine but to not at the lower levels?

Game limits are set for regular season play only, so a peewee team would get 40 games before districts, regions and state. District 6 are has rules in place, but I am unsure how they enforce them. The 3:1 ratio is supposedly enforced, how I don't know, that's a lot of ground to cover to follow up on...
