Robert Tennyson of the wessy boys is my pick for number one goaltenders. i haven't seen any other competitors for him this year.

First off, what a joke of a question. No one is as good as this young man from Holy Angels. The goalies in this state can't even fathom what it is to be a true goalie and leader to a team. I've seen many of his games, and I am impressed. Robert will lead the Wessy's Boys deep into the playoffs.

Going to watch this kid (and his team) play Lakeville tonight.
However, there are 10 teams ahead of them (wessy boys) that have lower goals against; I would assume some of this happened when he was out.

Since this is a plural thread for goalies:

EP goalies, doesn't matter, they have the lowest amount of goals against.
Centennial - second lowest.
Hirsch from Jefferson. I have liked this kid for the last 3, 4, or 5 years or however long he has played.
Edina - they are flopper's but they keep the puck out.

DfenceWinsGames - Last night.

Wathced the goalied from Wessy team. That is there team. Except the had one fast skater - #11.

He is good. Covered the net, moved well, didn't play the puck. Made the save every time. Big kid but Lakeville scored 7 seconds into the game. Lakeville goalie looked good also.

My vote for best goalie is Hirsch from Jefferson.

I agree with the Troll. Cullen Hirsch is the best goalie at JGA. This is no dis to Tennyson or the EP goalies, they all have teams that play better D in front of them than Hirsch does. The Jefferson team is much younger than most other teams.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D">

2 -2. Didn't finish within 90 minutes. Refs late, issues between minor officials and ref. A lot of stoppages, there was no flow. It was not a cheap game. I did not see any trash talking between any players.

Wessy had 2 goals called off, do not know why. I would say wessy's was homered by the ref's but Lakeville could not stay out of the box. Towards the end of the game, it was 6 on 6 - with goalies in the net.
It was unbelievable, and Lakeville, I think got a penalty for to many men on the ice but the game never resumed after this call.

If in another district, this game would have been a good game to watch. Or a different ref.

I know there is more to the Wessy team than just Tennyson or #11. Maybe they had an off night but there are some pretty good skaters on that team. I played for Wessys last year so its nice to see them get some recognition and beat some good teams. Good luck guys.

Starsalum, I have to agree with you. I saw Wessys in WBL tourney and they have a few kids that can scoot. #15 and #16 at forward, then the big #2 is tough to move off of the puck. They also have big defensman (I have program but can't remember his number) and also a couple other pretty good D, #6 I remember was very smart. As a matter of fact, not sure if they even have a #11. HM, AHA, and Cretin make up the whole roster I was told. I think that a few of these kids would be skating varsity at quite a few area schools.

Well the goalie and Mike Pigozzi both played varsity for AHA last year and a few jv players from AHA also came. Does #2 have a huuuuge head? Cause then I know who you are talkinga about.

i think that they came in 3rd in WBL tourney. They lost to WBL, actually. Number 2 is forward that had jumped in goal when Tennyson got hurt in first part of the year. Tennyson is very good, by the way. Nothing flashy, very good position goalie. #2 does not have a large head, but is a big kid.

my name is mike hagen and I am the best goalie in the state. Everyone sucks compared to me. I could be playing varsity at any school in the state except Moorhead. But anyway there is no other goalie out there for jg that can even come close to my skills. u people are talkin how these goalies are good but they really suck and i could kick the crap out of all of them. I consider myself the best athlete in the whole jg league.
Sincerly
the greatest ever, sup Biz
