Next years JGB teams
I was wondering how many kids on your team this year are going to return or might return if they dont make the high school team.

Here at IGH we have 1 goalie and 6 skaters that can return next year. 2 of the skaters, both 10 graders, might make the JV team for their schools (Hill Murray and SSP). Both are previous A Bantam players and IMO should. The caliber of our team next year will be determined by what gets cut from the High School team. This is the first year in the last 6 years that we really dont know how our team will be next year.

Returning players
Roseville has 8 Players that are eligible to return to next years team. I can't wait...

Rebuilding year
Tartan only has 6 potential returning players and I don't see anyone getting cut from the HS team next year, except for maybe a goalie. It looks like it's time to start the rebuilding process again!

LUCKY
you guys are lucky, after this year our rave team will have at most 4 returners. Mostly sophomores and a couple of Juniors but no goalies, Rosemount and AV have had a shortage of goalies these past few years and Eastview sent a couple to Lakeville to train because we had 7 at the bantam level. I was a senior and the lone goalie and now we will rebuild from pretty much scratch.
rave35

SLP
St. Louis Park will probably NOT have a Jr. Gold team next season.
We would have the possiblitly of having 6 players return, however atleast 3 of those players will try out for the High School Team (if not more) and will make the team. The other 3 will be seniors and if they tried out for the HS team they would possibly make varsity, but you never know. I could see SLP scraping together about 9 players and NO goalie. I have a very good feeling that we will have a player or two looking for a place to play next season.

One of which was a sophmore and our Assistant Captain, finished 4th on the team in points 23 (2nd in goals, 14) out of 27 games. Yes, I'm trying to sell him. He is a very good hockey player, and an even better overall person. He probably could play JGA next year and I would love for him to have the opportunity to play on a good team this next season. He should play for somebody close to SLP though. Possibly Minnetonka, Armstrong, or Edina. I'm sure he would be open to discussion though. If your interested email me - jmueller44@hotmail.com - but ya might want to wait until closer to next year.
