Maroon

Red

W D6 = Edina
3rd D3 = ?
W D2 = White Bear Lake
2nd DTC = ?
W D3 = ?
3rd D2/6 = ?
2nd D8 = ?
2nd D10 = Centennial????

**This may be the toughest region in the state with these three teams and you throw in two teams from D3 which was arguabley the toughest District this year, Probably see Orono as the Champion and Hopkins as the third in that District makes this one tough Region to come out of. It's good to see Edina will have their work cut out for them. I'm sure their coach thinks this is a conspiracy against them.

Blue

W DTC = ?
3rd D8 = ?
W D10 = Blaine
2nd D6 = Eden Praire
W D8 = ?
3rd D10 = Champlin Park
2nd D2 = ?
2nd D3 = Osseo???

As you can see this side is not anywhere as tough as the Red side is. Not to say that these teams won't have to earn their way as well. My prediction would be that Blaine and EP come out of the Blue division. Boy I bet Centennial would like to have the Champlin game back!

Gold Region

American
W D15 = Moorhead
W DIR = Hibbing
2nd D11 = Hermantown
2nd D 16 = Warroad

National
W D16 =Roseau
W D11 =Duluth East
2nd D15 =Little Falls
2nd DIR =Greenway

I think the favorites to come out of this region are Moorhead, Roseau, and Duluth East in that order. I do think Hibbing, Greenway, and possibly Warroad could throw a wrench into any travel plans the top three have though.

Silver Region

I am sorry, but I don't have much information on this region, and the truth is they are going to most likely be Edina's sacrificial lamb in the State Quarterfinals.

I don't have all the teams from the Blue and Red, I don't think they have all completed their District tournaments and/or crossover games. Please list the ones you know has you get them. Be nice to see the picture start to clear up.

W D6 = Edina
3rd D3 = Most likely Hopkins
W D2 = White Bear Lake
2nd DTC = St. Louis Park
W D3 = Most likely Orono
3rd D2/6 = Most likely Jefferson
2nd D8 = Most likely Rosemount
2nd D10 = Centennial

This is too bad all these teams had to be in one bracket of the maroon region. Edina,White Bear Lake, Centennial, Orono and Jefferson are arguably all top 5 teams and only 2 of them will be going to state.

W DTC = Richfield
3rd D8 = Most likely Eagan?
W D10 = Most likely Blaine
2nd D6 = Eden Praire
W D8 = Most likely Rochester North
3rd D10 = Most Likely Champlin Park
2nd D2 = Roseville or Forest Lake
2nd D3 = Most likely Osseo

Out of these 8 teams, im not sure that 2 of them belong in the state tournament. Eden Prairie does if they continue to play to the level that they have been. But past that it drops. Rochester North is solid but I'm not sure they are a top 10 team and same with Blaine.. Osseo has been playing well and if the region shapes out like this, they could be skating in the state tournament in their near future.
