Blake team in trouble now?

Saw Edina vs Blake game Sat<br><br>Blake was missing several players caught for controlled substances - does anyone know what happened, how many or how long they are suspended?<br><br>They were lucky to tie Edina they only had 13 dressed and played maybe 9-10 of them whole game.<br><br>This team will be hurting when they play a stronger team, Edina did not look that good.<br><br> <p></p><i>Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... achance</A> at: 11/20/05 9:58 pm<br></i>

I don't know the details, but I know what it's like to skate 10-12 kids all game - and it's hard.<br><br>Also, I don't know about Berit being involved. Is it possible she was ill/injured or out due to her swim team going to state tomorrow-Wed???<br><br>I just don't want to have non-factual stuff spread about kids. <p></p><i></i>

I know that the reason Berit is not playing is because she is in the State swim meet. That is the only reason she is not playing now. Don't know about the others. <p></p><i></i>

I agree it is not good to spread rumor. Reference to player removed from post. <br><br>No one I sat with knew which girls were suspended. They had been talking to Blake parents and knew there were some, the inference was made that those not there were part of the incident, but yes that may not be accurate. <p></p><i></i>

I heard the lawyers are now involved, maybe some community service at the excel is in order.
