Huh, didn't realize Simley had a solid record, albeit against lower competition. Actually will be fun to see how they fair against the better teams in the conference. Yeah, Mahtomedi/Hill/Hastings is a murderers row week for them. Senior Heavy Group this year for the Spartans have six players with double digit points have gotten balance scoring. Have a nice Senior goalie tandem that has split every game. Both young men have a plus .90 SV% and are both in the 1.00 GAA category. Yes they have played a weak schedule but they are an impressive (7-0) in Section 4A play so far. It would have been nice to have these three games spread out but its big week for Simley to see where they really are in the midst of a very nice year for them.
