Buffalo is really struggling out of the gate. They are going to get crushed when the Lake schedule starts.

Re: Games Monday 12/2/19
Somehow the 2017-18 season preview in the StarTribune featured Buffalo. A lot of hype because at that point one of the twins was committed to the U of M, but reading closely it mentioned a Bantam AA team around .500. My thought was, "seriously? Seems premature to single them out as a program on the rise."
Here we are 2019-20. The oldest from that Bantam team are now seniors. Jake Braccini was MVP of the Minnesota Prospects game last year. I figured they'd probably hover around 15th in the state this year. Early returns indicate no. In which case the program on the rise never actually arrived.
Hope I'm wrong.
Be kind. Rewind.

The graduation of Nathan Mueller was a huge loss, along with Ben Klein as a third scorer. Last season was probably the best chance to make a run, and Buffalo did finish off the season on a nice roll, going 11-0-1 down the stretch, albeit mostly against weaker Miss 8 competition. 8AA could turn out to be a interesting mess this year, based on some of the early results.O-townClown wrote: ↑Tue Dec 03, 2019 5:27 pm
