SECTION 1 Elite II tryouts @ Kasson

Players interested in playing for the Section 1 Elite II team should email me at jnotermann@charter.net and let me know you are coming.<br><br>We get to have Rochester Lourdes and Faribault and Lakeville this year. Along with all the other Section 1A and 1AA teams.<br><br>Coaches and players I am looking for the top 25 players in our area so we can continue to have the success we have had for the past 9 seasons.<br><br>I can keep 8 seniors and play 4 in any one game.<br><br>( I don't like that rule but it is the rules)<br><br>The rest of our squad will be made up of the top juniors and sophomores that come to camp.<br><br>Camp will be on two weekends<br><br>August 20th and 21st<br>and August 27th and 28th<br><br>we will have 3 two hour sessions each weekend.<br><br>Please be at the rink at Kasson with a guardian to sign the waiver forms and registration paperwork at 8:00 AM.<br><br>If you email me and give me an email address to send the registration materials maybe we can get a lot of it done in advance.<br><br>We go on the ice on Saturday the 20th @ 10:00 AM.<br><br>Please have your high school coaches email me and let me know which players he wants us to consider for this league.<br><br>Section 1 Elite II Head Coach and GM<br><br>John Notermann<br>Home phone (507)281-9851<br>Work phone (507)288-4248<br>email jnotermann@charter.net<br><br> <p>Hockey Nut in So. Who is in charge of Section 8? <p></p><i></i>

I think Section 8 general manager is: Bruce Hanstad from Alexandria.<br><br>SiouxFan, have all the sections set their camp dates on weekends only during the 10 day time span they have been given? Also, for those athletes whose schools have been transferred to another district for the 2005-06 season, which section are those athletes slated to try out under? For example, Alexandria has been transferred to District 4A this year...is that the district Alexandria players must tryout in for the Elite II? <p></p><i></i>

Puckhead,<br><br>I don't know exactly what, where, who of other areas.<br><br>We get Rochester Lourdes, Lakeville and Faribault this year for the ease of practice locations. Lakeville wants to join us because they feel that there will be more chances for their players in our section.<br><br>email address for Bill Moore is elite2hockey@comcast.net.<br><br>Commissioner of the league. My understanding is that I can roster 25 but can only play 4 seniors in any one game. <br><br>Last years team had Skippy Holland, Sean Murphy, Alex Kangas, Pat Ryan, Eric Stanke, Dallas Williamson all seniors that were very good and enjoyed our program and are still playing with the exception of Eric Stanke. It is hard to not play in half the games but I think that our practice time is valuable. This year I have 10 or 11 seniors coming back and don't understand the reason that at least 3 can't play this fall on a team with a competitive schedule. <p>Hockey Nut in So. MN</p><i></i>
