Congrats to the nominees

AA names pretty well track forum thread from last fall.

Wyatt is the best , also on the Mr Hockey list

Farmington had the best pair

Glad to see Tanner Vescios name. Had a great season, and usually he has been below radar screen

(Junior Scott P is as good or better than any of them)

Justin Paulson of Breck certainly deserved the nomination. Great blueliner who breaks the puck out, moves it up well, and can jump up offensively as well. He does it all really well and provides leadership to a very good team.

Has there ever been only one senior defenseman committed D1 at the end of the year like this?

I know the winner Aamodt or others could commit soon, but wow.

Yes , agree it's weird year

Staum is only senior Dman commit at present, but not on reed Larson list

Grant Anderson, Matt Anderson, Brinkman and Mayer are all D commits but underclassmen. Then there our former MSHSL kids at NTDP who are commits

Aamodt is a shoe in somewhere, and I assume Jette and Smallidge will get picked up somewhere . Jette will get good publicity at X tomorrow along with Hohlstrom, Sawchuck and Leitner
