Based on what I have read it doesn't seem as if this program is anywhere near ready to be used for the upcoming season. It also seems as if there has been very poor communication between MH & their associations. Based on my conversations with people from around the state, everyone seems to have a different idea of how this program is suppose to work. My personal opinion is this program is doomed to fail simply because there is way to much 'freedom' for the associations to manipulate the levels. What's the old saying, 'give them just enough rope to hang themselves' or 'they have just enough knowledge to hurt themselves'. Either way it seems this may be a real headache that is going to turn into a nightmare once the season begins. Most associations are only a month away from their registration and there seems to be too many questions still out there. These are just my observations, I'm sure others of you have had different. I'm looking forward to hearing them.
Should they scrap it?
