Summer Training Opportunities and Fall Sweden Trip

Post by SWPrez »

Our association, Minneapolis, is running summer training for all ages down at Parade this summer. If your program is not running something and you are looking for some extra ice at a central location, you are welcome to register.

We also co-sponsor the Swedish/American Bandy Camp as part of our 'sister' hockey/bandy city with Vasteras, Sweden. A great way to keep skating while doing something a little different than chasing pucks. We fly in instructors from Sweden for a one week day camp at an affordable price. Will be at Richfield in August. Almost full. Boys and Girls 5-14 years old.

More on these are available here:

FALL MEA HOCKEY TRIP....
As part of our relationship with the Vasteras, Sweden hockey and bandy clubs, we take a group of kids to Sweden over MEA weekend (Wed - Wed). Mainly kids from our association, but we also have had kids from many other communities (Duluth, Highland, Roseville, SLP, etc.) come along. A lifetime experience, a lot of skating, and cultural opportunities.

Trip is open to boys and girls - 11-14 years old. No prior bandy experience needed.
