The U10 Minnesota Ice Cougars AAA Hockey Club are in the process of recruiting two goalies for the upcoming AAA season.
Season will include the following:
ProHybrid Goalie Training - 15 hours of Goalie Only on ice training (10 one and half hour sessions).
ProHybrid trainers will attend 6 team practices for U10 Ice Cougars
ProHybrid trainers will conduct 4 off-ice workout programs
ProHybrid trainers will conduct 4 Consistent Confidence Seminars
40 Hours of team practice (team will not practice in June or July)
2 tournaments (1 spring and 1 August).
