Maple Grove vs. BSM Dec. 21

Yeah, the MG goals that I saw looked rather soft to me as well. That said, MG is a nice little team; they play pretty good defense, roll 3 decent lines, and have a few players who will probably get a little more recognition as the season goes on. BSM was about what I expected--flashy top line, good 2nd line, a bit thin beyond their top couple D-men. They're a good team, but I'm not convinced they're quite at the same level as the big Lake teams yet. Benilde came out strong tonight then the sophomore goalie did let in two soft goals which put Maple Grove right back in the game.
