The question is : How many of you that want to be heard are actually going to take the time to go?

Greybeard, When should the public go if they want to voice their opinion? Do they go to the committee meetings or is there an open forum time? Thanks for your time on this.

The meetings are open to the public, there are sometimes where only board members meet but that is to discuss some private or internal business.

If you go maybe find your District Director and introduce yourself. I would also wait until all have taken their seats during the committee meetings and on Sunday the board sits in an assigned seating with an area for the public. If you are interested in a specific issue find out which committee it will come up for discussion ahead of time and check with one of those involved if you would be allowed to comment, if you do speak I would recommend being respectful, remember you are a guest.
If Elliott 70 is there ask his thoughts on how to proceed.
