How many Associations use an Outside Skills Instructor

Our association is considering hiring an outside company (FHIT, Impact Hockey, etc) to run season long skills sessions for our teams from mite to A Bantam. I heard Maple Grove is using Cory Laylin. How many other associations are hiring someone completely outside of their organization to run skill development. Any info you have would be appreciated.
