Shots were 55-9 in favor of Marshall...definitely could/should have been more lopsided but Marshall couldn't convert on all of their chance. Central's goalie also had a pretty good showing. Many of Marshall's shots ended up hitting him in the stomach even on their second and third chances.

Pushing the "L" key more than once, must be too difficult. This game is not any different than the Proctor game or many others when you look at the box score. Terrible save percentage for Duluth Marshall while the other team gets outshot by at least 2:1. Not to put it all on the goalie, but those are the facts.

Big deal (drama over an L), I'm just saying marshalL was and has been overated this whole year.

Now we have topics of "almost upset". Hard to make your point of being overrated when they are a .500 team. If a poll puts them in the top 20; then that's the way it goes. Everybody knows they are down and it was not too long ago that Marshall had some bad seasons. If people put them as a threat to come out of the section (I'm not one), then the other section teams must be overrated too. Where was the topic of Marshall upsetting TRF? Now that would be more news worthy to me. Obviously, It's your pattern of biased that I have issue with and not an "L" and I won't have a problem following your posts on this subject. If and when, Denfeld beats Marshall, that should not be a surprise to anyone. Some celebration for people....yes and I understand that.

I'm saying they are a very inconsistant team, yeah they beat thief river falls but losing to proctor and almost to central. I just think that Hibbing, Virginia, and Int'l Falls are better teams and I think section finals will prove that.

And I can't say Denfeld has proven much more than marshall either.
