I think East Ridge ?? (wdbry) is part of this section now, but will not have any seniors. STA is "deep" - SPA has Wenzel returning, and, when s.s.p. finds a coaching staff that concentrates on the skills aspect of hockey instead of the northern wisconsin approach to hockey, they might contend as well (by then "coxxy" will be gone).
Totino will have a strong team led by hockert and parnell, and I don't know much about s.l.p. (other than they might be the strongest (literally) team in the section).
I believe Johnson is also in the mix - now there's some history - THE JOHNSON GOV-NERS!! (I believe Tartan got a taste of Johnson "history" last post season).
I don't know much about chisago lks. mahtomedi should be a contender as well (although I believe they lost a fair amount of graduating seniors )
