WBL vs Century game

how was this game? or was it basically another game last year when they played each other in state?<br> <p></p><i></i>

I wasn't at the tournament game last year but from what I've heard of that game it seems like Saturday's game was pretty similar. WBL dominated the play, but the Bears weren't putting the puck in the net. It was still only 1-0 after 2 periods on Saturday, which I was really surprised by. Century's goalie played well, you gotta give him credit, but I think scoring goals might be a concern for the Bears this season. It could have just been that it was the first game of the season, though, because they seemed to get some better offensive rhythm in the 3rd period.<br><br>The Bears' defense was superb, as you would expect from this team. I don't see them giving up many goals. At one point the Bears were killing a 5 minute major and I think they spent about 4 of those minutes in the Century end. And though he wasn't tested much, Faust looked pretty sharp. I thought the best player on the ice was Bears defenseman Zach Hansen. He's very fast and good with the puck, and he jumped into the play quite a bit and came up with a couple of assists. <p></p><i>Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ...
