This looks like a very good camp for young girls:

Spice On Ice Hockey for Girls Presents the Summer of 2009 Clinics

Spice On Ice Hockey for girls is coming to the northern suburbs of Circle Pines and Forest Lake! Register your daughter now for 5 weeks of Spice On Ice- we work hard and play hard.

Our Northern clinics are coached by Caesare Stimson a player and graduate of Bemidji State, current asst coach for the Hill-Murray girls team, and current player on the elite Women's team The Minnesota Whitecaps. Caesare brings years of experience both on and off the ice, as a player and a coach. She has worked with kids from around the state in various camps and now you can skate and learn from her too! Caesare has skated and trained with top american skaters and Olympians- Jenny Potter, Angela Ruggiero, Caitlin Cahow, Molly Engstrom, Julie Chu and others. The opportunity for your girls to to skate and learn from this elite women skater should not be overlooked.

Clinic times and locations:

Forest Lake:
Spice On Ice Forest Lake Ages 5-8
Tuesday and Thursdays
July 28,30* Aug 4,6,11,13,18,20,25,27
6:00-7:00PM $165 (July 30th 7:00-8:00)

Centennial Arena:
Spice 2 Centennial Ages 9-12
Tuesday and Thursdays
July 28,30* Aug 4,6,11,13,18,20,25,27
7:50- 8:50PM $175 (July 30th 5:30-6:30)

We'll push you reach a higher level of play. Strong Fundamentals are the CORE of becoming Stronger, faster, better.
Tuesday are skating days- overspeed edge work, agility, lateral movement and more
Thursdays are puck work- Stick handling, passing, catching, and shooting while in motion. Puck protection and body work plus more! We use video analysis and timed drills for the older girls to help them see their improvement.
