CINB A BANTAMS
I heard Jefferson was lucky to get by CINB in regionals 3-2. Very shocking considering Jefferson has gone on to beat perennial title game participant Centennial and this years much heralded Rogers. They must of really jelled at the end of the season.

If, you are referring to Cambridge/Isanti/North Branch they did not participate in the RegionsMrBoDangles wrote:I heard Jefferson was lucky to get by CINB in regionals 3-2. VFW tournament - I think they lost after a couple games in districts.Nobodyonya wrote:If, you are referring to Cambridge/Isanti/North Branch they did not participate in the RegionsMrBoDangles wrote:I heard Jefferson was lucky to get by CINB in regionals 3-2. In talking with one of their parents, I would say the CINB team was an absolute failure. There are 5-6 parents on that team who's kid is NHL bound; you would think with that much talent on the team they would have cruised through the entire season!
Funny thing is each of these kids are apparently too good to play with the others and it sounds like they all need to go somewhere else to play with better players.

Cambridge Isanti playing B youth hockey without North Branch and expecting to be successful playing AA HS is asking for "absolute failure". Fact is - higher competition makes better players.Cowboy wrote:In talking with one of their parents, I would say the CINB team was an absolute failure.
