Who wins, what will the score be, and why you think what you do?

I'm gonna say Woodbury wins it 4-2. Woodbury has won 7 in a row and will be coming off their most dominating performance of the year, a 10-0 beatdown of Eagan. Eastview doesn't have the goaltending to hold off Woodbury's firepower, especially with Ben Goff playing his natural position of forward along with some defense. It should be a good one!

komada77,

Who has more fire power Woodbury or Minnetonka? How did Eastview beat Minnetonka 3-1 with weak goaltending?

this is going to be a good game. Both teams have great scoring forwards and good defense. I gotta go with EV 4 Woodbury 3

Sorry Lake Conference fans. This section will come down to Royals and Cretin again. Woodbury by 3 over a stunned Eastview team.

EV vs. Woodbury

Post by Hockeyboomer »

Rosemount is too fast for Cretin 5-2 Irish...now on to the big game...Contain Eddy, that's all I'll say. The Lake Conference is much stronger top to bottom. The one's...Burnsville is clearly stronger than Woodbury, Eden Prarie would crush Roseville, WBL is down this year. Eastview finished in 5th place in the lake and are rated in the top 12 in the State. What are you guys talking up Woodbury on??? This will be a game Eastview should control. They really want to play Rosemount again. If they don't think Rosemount they will win 5-3. Now if Cretin's goalie stands on his head and they beat Rosemount we won't have to worry about it. Believe me, the Irish are pulling for Woodbury.

EV

MGoBlue, you are really lost. Get out of the Eastern Suburbs and watch some real hockey. Speed kills...your schedule doesn't cut it.

Not to take anything away form AV cause they played very hard last night, but I have seen EV play better then that not there best game I don't think. If they play like that Woodbury wins. If they pick it up it should be a good one but I am still going to go with Woodbury by 1 maybe 2 if they EN one. But it should be a great game I would think.

Eastview is a very good team with an average goalie. If they cut down the shots they give up they will win easily

I realize they faced a week team in Eagan last night, but, if Woodbury plays like they did against Eagan - especially their first period play - they should advance to the finals.

The Royals did an excellent of finishing up.

the past is the past, and it doesnt matter but when EV and Eagan played EV won 7-0 and 6-2. EV didnt play their best game last night, and if they play like they having been, I still like them to win.

They had a very good game against Tonka. I'm not saying EV is a bad team because anyone who knows anything about hockey can see that that is not true. I just think the level of play in the net becomes even more important during sections, and that level of play has been inconsistent all year for EV.
