I prefer the feel of the composite stick. I guess it comes down to personal preference.

ballistik is the best stick on the market...
perhaps some of you dads remember the Miken producing for the big boys softball bats then breaking into the market. For years they manufactured for Easton, TPS, and Worth.. until they went with the Ultra all by themself.... hello Ballistik

I would have to say that the best stick I've seen for the weight is the O Stick, but The One 90 is the best performing.

The One90 and the XXXX are practicaly the same thing i broke my 90 than got a XXXX and hardly noticed a differnece, only thing XXX looks cooler

The difference between a wood stick and a composite stick is huge. Weight, Feel, and all of performance is wayyy different.
