What is the format for matching up the final 8? How do the State brackets get finalized?

All the coaches of the teams in the state tourney get together and rank the top four. 5-8 are randomized.

Last few setions (4AA and 5AA) will be done Saturday. So by Sunday we should know all the seedings.

Yes, but not for those sections. For whatever reason, they are always the last ones done. Sections 7 and 8 are ahead of the game and have already seeded.

Forgot about 3AA which is being done I believe early Sunday morning or late Saturday night.

I know there were some games last night, but I won't put them in the brackets until all of the seedings are complete. I'll fill in the games that were already played tomorrow.

i'd assume they will be done by sometime this afternoon, if not by tonight all sections will be done
