David Eddy

seems to be one of the most underrated players around. he is very quietly racking up a ton of points (34 right now) but no one ever talks about him as a great player. he also plays elite league will be a D1 player in a year or two. why does nobody talk about him?

He’s a nice player and has quietly led his team atop of the inconsistent SEC. My guess is that there is a lot of focus on the SW metro for good reason as the Lake and Classic Lake house the dominate teams/players this year. There’s also that one team in 8AA that has gotten a lot of attention. Add to that the guys who are scoring more than Johnny Holmes and Wilt Chamberlin combined in the A ranks, and there’s not much room left for discussion about Mr. Eddy. He’s relegated to the side bar discussions just like his co-SEC studs; Bohrer and Mueller.

If they make some noise in 3AA sections or if he gets in the mix during the next WB brawl, you’ll see his name some more. :D

Nice player. I have seen some cry baby tendencies when things aren't going his way in a game.

I haven't had the chance to see him play this year but did last year..but from what i've been seeing in this thread about him being "whiney" I didnt really see that in his play. Maybe it has changed this year but he lead his team to a state tourney last year where I got the chance to see him play. Can anyone who has called him a whiner relay me a little info?

Ive seen this kid play a couple of times over the past years and haven't seen any so called "cry baby incidents". He has good skills and seems to be a great competitor. I think you have taken his competitiveness the wrong way, or you are a player that dislikes him in which you should just not go on this subject. All in all he seems to be having a good year point wise and should move on to D1 hockey.

Eddy has a great hockey mind. Great passer and hits hard. When did he move here from Cali?

Great vision on the ice and a fun player to watch. He'll be playing for division1 hockey in a year or two.

He is a bit of a whiner but hitting won't do anything. Football player and cathcer in baseball as well-he thrives on contact.

Did he play varsity his soph year? If I recall correctly, coach Bolin said that half way through his junior year he really turned it on and kind of surprised everyone.

Also, isn't there another player from Cali on the Royals? Who
