BTW, any Rapids fans that might be interested in getting an '03 white Rapids jersey (I think they'll be $80.00 each), email jason@grhshockey.com. I'm ordering 3 and need 9 more people to sign up atleast as there is a minimum 12 for the order otherwise the price per is astronomical. To see these jerseys, they are the ones the JV team currently wears at home. Go to grhshockey.com and click on JV to see them.

I take it the Jerseys are the real shabang? Sounds pretty cool. Is 03 the jerseys with the big GR log on the front?

They are the previous varsity jersey. They were just passed down.

Try to get a better price,I know 4 people that would take them if they were more resonable.

I also got one of the $30 East jerseys. Good deal, and they sold quite well...someone in the AD's office was smart to sell them.

Anyways, the game. Cloquet has been very inconsistent, so I'm not really sure what to expect. Since they're at home and will be fired up, I'll go on a whim and say that they'll pull it out. But I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Rapids win.

They can't be good quality for $30.00. $80.00 is at cost. I'm not marking them up. You want to pay less, you can't have this particular jersey. This is the only way to get the exact jersey.

CEC

I think it will be the 'Oly Jokinen' show. CEC 3 - Tunderhawks 2. Rapids is having a bit of a defensive hangover since the 'hammer' left for the Dartmouth club. Number 18 will deliver the goods next season after getting some reps and a lot of venison in the off season. :D

There's way more to next year that just #18.

I think they will come together before the end of this season anyways. Just working out the kinks.

Opps. I was incorrect on the price of the 03 jerseys. They are $95.00. The company doesn't have the jerseys ready as templates, they have to be created from scratch, and half the cost from what I was told is the tackle/twill logos and numbers sewn on. jason@grhshockey.com

Bakka in Texas makes the jerseys, then they get shipped to some embroidery company to get the GR logo and numbers sewn on. So the cost is kind of split between those two companies, then there is a cut there for the store that I order them through, which I don't have problem with. $95.00 doesn't seem that bad to me, I mean they're high quality. It's not like they screenprint the gr logo and numbers. Come to think of it in any sports apparell store I don't think I've ever seen a jersey with tackle/twill numbers less than $100.00.
