Niether Tartan or Johnson are close to the number 3 spot. Tartan did beat Hill-Murray but Hill-Murray was the better team. Wasn't the shots like 47-14 Hill-Murray. Where did Johnson come from? Whats there record?

Sorry I should have clarified my reasoning. This was also based on the top 5 ranked Tartan A bantams beating of highly ranked Edina last year. Many youngsters on Varsity this year. A true force to reckon with in years to come. Johnson just 'cuz.Govs93 is a dreamer like myself.
You haven't been on the "bored" here long huh? Welcome newbie fan.

So who do you want the Holy Angels?
Probably by the end of the month, but right now they are 1 and 2.
Hopkins is 7 - 0. A win over Hermantown and not too much else, but 7 and 0. They deserve a little credit for doing that. It will probably change, but for know, that's where they are ranked.

:o :o

For whatever that means.

So instead of critiquing everyone elses rankings, why don't you put yours out there?

Hopkins seems to be stepping up after Fink's departure. I had thought otherwise.

I through in a dark horse or 2 and still am debating whether to put Champlin Park in there or not... There are a few teams that havent gotten much exposure but are putting up good stats, scores and are competing very very well.

Maybe you should throw in a spelling class as well.

I realized that afterwords but was to lazy to correct it. Oh well, no spell check on here and I am not in class right now.

I think there might have been a kid lets say 3 years ago? who played for some school like STA or something? He might have been in 8th grade, and he might be on the U.S.A under 18 team right now?

We'll figure out true 3rd on Tuesday after the Johnson Tartan Rivalry

What i am saying is that upsets happen like yesterday but Hill-Murray is still the better team and just because Tartan won that game doesn't mean they should be 3rd in the state. Who else have they beat.

While it's fun to post rankings, this early in the season is always too hard to predict. A top 5 could be put together that's relatively close, but that's about it.

My "top" 5:

1. Edina
2. Roseau
3. Hill-Murray
4. Centennial
5. Minnetonka

Rankings aren't going to get too shaken up this early on. Time will tell for which teams belong near the top in the state.
