Just finished up #3, going for #4. If I can keep up the 1:1 run to beer ratio, I should be good and toasty by about the 6th inning.Irishmans Shanty wrote:Govs, I hope you have a fistful of dollars for the game, Garza's pitch count is around 140 through three innings. It looks like a slow game and lot of cold boys before the sales will be suspended.

As of the top of the 5th, I've fallen off the pace. I'm irish & an eastsider, but with Garza on the mound in the Dome, that pace is a lot to ask of anybody.Govs93 wrote:Just finished up #3, going for #4. Well, with that five-spot KC put up in the top of the sixth.....Govs93 wrote:As of the top of the 5th, I've fallen off the pace. Unexcusable comment none-the-less. What was he thinking? Its like asking a guy how many under par he is after the ninth hole. Sacreligious!Irishmans Shanty wrote: Dick Bremer just went to break by saying "5 PERFECT INNINGS BY SCOTT BAKER", thank the almighty that Twins' announcers know that what they say has no bearing on what happens on the field.
