his game came on as the year went on, he has a lot of potential, he missed about a year and half of youth hockey.

Sorry, didn't catch who it was. On the fifth penalty, he took out a NP player nice, clean hard hit right in front of the scorer's table. Thought it was a bad call when the whistle blew, but I guess he got called for unsportsmanlike conduct for saying "unsportsmanlike" after the hit, with the ref right there to hear it. There were about 10 minutes left in the game at the time.
I heard from one of the minor officials that the penalty was reported as "Unsportsmanlike Conduct - Taunting" for 2:00 and a 10:00 Misconduct for swearing at the ref after the initial call.
Don't sweat the small stuff.
It's all small stuff.

He had a shoulder injury that happened in football. He played a couple of games in the beginning. Not trying to make excuses at all, West also had a soph out, Josh Christenson, broke his collarbone a couple of weeks ago. He played varsity last year as a freshman.

Game was strong fought, Joe Morris is much improved from last year with some of those saves he kept the momentum on New Prague's side. West had their chances and were knocking on the door to come back into the game. New Prague was able to secure the game with the all important late two goal lead.

Weber had to take the season off due to a shoulder injury from the football season. He avoided having the necessary surgery during the Football State Tournament and played a few hockey games before having the surgery.
