Hey Pokerstar153 (T.H.), That same Goalie for WB Orange that played against F.L. also played when they beat Edina, Centennial and Moorhead !!! and that was only his third loss of the year! you might want to learn the facts before you open your pie hole. I've seen you play on WBAB, I wouldn't talk !!!

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... eyfan99 at: 2/23/06 9:12 am

I guess we'll find out whose pie hole does what on Saturday . . . a regular goalie rotation should put the kid you are fighting over in goal when WBL-Orange takes on Stillwater in a season-elimination game. Suprised those two are in the back bracket. Where did F-Lake come from all of a sudden?

Is it possible that the hated Hornets are tops in the land? After beating EP twice in two days and beating Wayz-Blue in a scrimmage, along with Wayz-Blue's scrimmage win over Centennial and losses by both Stillwater and Blake in their playoffs, is there a good reason that Edina Green shouldn't be considered the #1 team in Bantam B right now? The voting may have been into LPH before some of this happened - we'll find out later today when it comes out - but there could be a strong case.

top B1 team

Post by hockeyfan99 »

I think there is so much parity at the B1 level, especially in the top 10 in L.P.H. it seems any team has a chance to win any given game. I am suprised that Blake and Stillwater have lost in the playoffs as they both looked good when I saw them play. It looks like both Edina teams are also doing well.
Does anybody know if any teams are on a big winning streak (7-10 games in a row) ?
We may have to wait and see which team wins it all !!!

I wouldn't say edina green came out of nowhere. They always put up a fight vs. EP and they also beat u chaskahockey twice in districts and twice in the regular season.

glowsitck- is it just by accident that 3 of the 4 bantam b1 edina goalies have CCM Gatekeepers? Or did you get a deal from someone for buying a large quantity?

Princeton

Post by slapshot33 »

There is nothing wrong with Princeton, nice club.

I think what most people dislike is the fact that they do not have an A level team (like many other associations) and now they are playing in State.

It would be similar to "My kid woulda been on the team, if so and so hadn't I moved here."

I'm a fan of Princeton, sorry to confuse you HockeyPlaya. Just mocking the ones that don't believe that they could make it this far.

p.s. in another post you mentioned that I was an angry PYHA mom. Not the case, 3 hockey players in this family, and all do very well thank you...... no other skater is carrying them on their backs. I'm just curious with your obsession with RC is all. This bantam team has done very well with out him?

they have done well but they have lost games becuase they didn't have him and they could have played A and played with most teams but with out him they can't play at that level...i will admit that have alot of depth no real star players but good depth and i just took alot of offense to the fact you were saying about the parents wanting the glory with out Rick the high school program is in alot of trouble and the High School program should come b4 Bantams exspecially with how much he played...im have no "obsession" with him I think he is a great athlete that has help carry his team through the A levels unlike any other goalies in recent History. He has a huge upside how many goalies have you heard that played some quality time as a goalie as an 8th grader heck i can't even think of many 8th graders that play in the state Schmidt "star player" Schroder "sp??" from STA did and he is a great kid in my opinion with a nice family and I think with him his team could play A or not lose to EP 8-0 with out him has been something the team has had to come toghther to overcome which has helped them but i think he is one of the best goalies i have seen at his age no an obession its called an evaluation of talent....
