The Rileys? I donno about that. Also, Johnson and Widing play for Wisconsin and I think they'll do selects through Wisconsin but I'm not sure. I know Widing did selects through Wisconsin last year. That's a pretty good list but you forgot Zapeda, Walters, Kohls, and a lot others

Another goalie is Hemmingway from Alexandria, in addition Nick Oliver from Roseau is a VERY good defensemen, also Blake Doerring from Chaska can play both defense and offense very good.

Thats because MN Hockey does not participate in Select 14's. I would think that Widing will be in the MN Selects this year.

Hey Grizisadud-why don't you just name every 91 Blade, Icemen and Lightning player for your best of list? Apparently those players are the only good ones in the state. Give me a break.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... RLStars at: 1/25/06 11:57 am

A kid by the name of Prescott from North St. Paul should be considered one of the best 91s out there. I believe he's playing for the 91 Fire before/after and JV for Hill.

I saw him play as a pee wee and again this year. He was a phenomenal pee wee. He is a good player now, but the pack is catching up to him.

Well look who the top 3 teams are every year. Blades, Lightning, Icemen. Also, I NEVER said there weren't any other good players, its just hard to tell whos a 90 or 91 when you don't know them so it's not worth it to put down a bunch of 90's

Widing

Post by Pucknutz69 »

He won't be part of the Mn Advanced 15's due to the fact he lives in Wis. So does Matt Johnson but heard he was moving back to Stillwater.

Both Widing and Johnson play varsity for Somerset HS and both went to the USA Hockey select 14 festival last summer representing WI. They probably have to try out in WI this summer for the select 15s.

Prescott is good - is playing JV for Hill I think.

It's so obvious your from BP hockey39 all of your first 10 posts have BP in them and with the name it also makes it pretty obvious you are Tyler Olson. Take it easy with the BP stuff, you guys are not going anywhere.

Soup, keep reading the post from earlier today. He has about 10 posts and they all relate to BP. Yah, BP did beat Hopkins today but Hopkins is soo banged up. They are down to ten skaters, one of those being a key player in Seashore. But still, thats very good. But, they still are not going anywhere. They will have to beat Orono and Maple Grove who they have gotten worked by twice each this year.
