Grand Rapids owned the 1st period (shots 12-3) Brainerd Owned the second period (shots 12-4) and the third period was very even (shots 9-9 I think). I thought it was a very even game. Grand Rapids threw a lot more quality checks, Brainerd may have moved the puck a little bit better. I thought it was a great game. If Whichello doesnt make two incredible, and lucky (luck is good) stops in the first, it might be over already with GR up 3-0 after one. Again, I thought it was a great hockey game, but I don't get how people say it's a win for Brainerd. In Grand Rapids you have to win to get a win...

dern homer shot counters, fake goal celebrations = GR-1 barnherd-whats a fake? 0. Crossbars = b-3 gr -1. Sportsmanship = even. Hospitality = Shep +1. Chances Rapids got slippery streets but dry corners = 2:1. Over under for next meeting = no less than 18 & 19.
