Two Penalty Shot Goals in Same Game?!?!

I know this is girls hockey but this is so crazy I thought I'd mention it here so I could *maybe* find someone who has an answer. Forest Lake's Olivia Roberts scored TWO penalty shot goals yesterday in their game at Grand Rapids/Greenway. Does anyone have any idea when the last time that happened was in any game, at any level, anywhere?

Not only that, but the same GRG girl got called twice in ot for body checking about 5 min. apart. A weird game & lots of penalties.
