Hornets at the Buzzer!

Exciting one at Braemar tonight. Edina's Katie Carrico takes a long breakout pass and scores AS THE BUZZER SOUNDS to end overtime -- Edina 4, BSM 3. <br><br>Tremendous effort by EHS -- rolling three lines all night long, including the entire OT, keeping the shifts short. Result: great legs, great energy. Hornets buzzed the BSM net for long stretches, and made Windhorst look mediocre.<br><br>BSM, in fact, looked pretty uninspired for much of the night. It was as if they were just waiting for Trunzo to rescue them. But alas, she watched the game-winner from the penalty box. <br><br>Sectrion 6 tourney could be mighty interesting. <p></p><i></i>

I was there too. A fantastic game. BSM has a whole lot of speed and passes really well. I'd say they're the best team I've seen all year (I haven't seen EP).<br><br>This will definitely make the Section pairings interesting. I'm thinking either BSM or Edina have a good chance to knock off EP if it comes to it. <p></p><i></i>
