So whats the problem up in Pine City?

Pine City is part of the Mississippi 8 Conference in Boys Hockey only. Pine City's conference The Great River does not have other schools in it that have Hockey. So they were granted membership into the Mississippi 8 about two years ago now when that conference got reshuffled due to STMA and Buffalo moving to the Lake Conference. Their fans have had a few instances of bad behavior you could say in the stands. The Mississippi 8 is now threatening to disband that invite if the Dragons fans don't clean up their act. This has nothing to do with Cross Country or Basketball etc. This is just because the Dragons are only in the Mississippi 8 for Boys Hockey on invite and member schools are tired of some issues occurring in the crowd. Let's hope for all involved this can be resolved and doesn't come to Pine City being removed.

Pine City plays at Siren Wisconsin tonight and it’s on LiveBarn, hopefully the action stays on the ice and not in the stands

Another surprising score on Saturday was Totino-Grace beating Alexandria 7-1 on the Cardinals home ice.
