I'm really excited about this game Elliot. I'd like to see a 6-5 final. Both teams are high flying power houses. No idea who will win, but I like the kids in yellow.

As everyone must know by now, I am a Hermantown fan but I also like the Crusaders so just hoping for some good hockey and no injuries.

Game of the Tourney? Potentially--very much looking forward to this one. Cathedral looked like the most complete team in the A field on Wednesday, though it's hard to judge against that level of competition. They just looked like a fully polished unit, while Hermantown and Warroad were relying on the heroics of a couple of players. If the Hawks can get some secondary scoring, they have a chance; if not, Cathedral could roll more than people expect. Goaltending is key too, since I wouldn't say that's a major strength for either team.
This will be the most entertaining game of the Class A tourney tUMD recruits Biondi & Pierce vs Gopher recruit Warner & tUMD recruit Smith. With Perbix being the wild Card..let’s get it on!

Running time, people. I tell you, Hermantown intends to bury SCC. “Playing with our food before we devour it” isn’t necessary here. “Hawks fly together”

Get serious kniven...SCC has a VERY TALENTED TEAM...it will be a battle to the end
I'd have to look back at it, but I think what started a lot of it was a Hermantown guy literally took out the SCC goalie with about 5 seconds left and there was no call. Then add the frustration part of probably being down 2-0. Hermantown was by no means innocent in it either and threw gas on the fire.
I'm no fan of fighting in this level, but I think a good scrum like that is fun once in a while, as long as it's not the norm. Innocent stuff & hopefully will be evened out with the penalties to start the 2nd.
I’m not saying it won’t be a battle to the end. SCC is intimated by the Hermantown hockey team. Hermantown gave SCC the middle finger by making them wait for them at the face off circle at the beginning of the game. It was over at that point. I could hear SCC’s “Gulp” up here in Duluth. Running time. Over. “Hawks do fly together”
