10 Million Visits and Counting!

Post by Mitch Hawker »

These forums will have their 10 millionth visitor in the next day or so.

I want to take the opportunity to compliment the community members on building a board atmosphere that so many have wanted to return to day after day.

In just under five years we have had a drama or two play out, but I am always amazed at how well behaved and positive this group has been when compared to the average message board in cyberspace.

I will also take this opportunity to point out the addition of some new forums that some of you may find of interest. Junior, Pro, and College boards have been added to the site so that our registered members may easily discuss their interests in leagues that some of our high school players move on to after graduation.

In addition, high school hockey boards for many additional states have been added.

I would also be remiss if I did not take this opportunity to publicly thank Lee Pagenkopf for his continued help in keeping these forums a positive place for discussion these past five years. Thanks Lee!

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p074.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... wker>Mitch Hawker at: 9/7/05 10:37 pm

Depends on who it is.

How about a bowling date with Packerboy? Check with your family, Joe, to see if they are OK with it.

I've got a spare one but it's a urethane. The other ones are in my mil's garden.

Lee
____________
Message Board arsonist since 2005

Thanks Lee. Now, all I have to worry about is getting a shirt.

I prefer to rent the shoes. I like wearing shoes that a thousand other people have worn...always have.

Joe, until last season I'd been wearing the same pair for about fifteen years. By the time they hit the garbage can, they looked like a million other people had worn them. They were air conditioned by that time. My teammates were taking bets on whether I'd put the "jaws of life" to my wallet and buy a new pair before or after they dissolved off my feet.

Lee
____________
Message Board arsonist since 2005

I'd love to help you out Joe, but if I had a bowling ball it would probably be one of those Fred Flintstone models straight from the quarry.

Those rough-hewn imperfections in the rock would certainly add another level of difficulty to the game.
