Back in November Edina lost 4-2.
Wayzata has not won in 2016.
Edina has not lost in 2016.
Both lost by 2 goals to top dog Eden Prairie.
Game is in Edina.
Thus, Wayzata has no chance.

I'll probably stick with the Trojans this time around too
I watched after the first intermission, which occurred with about 5 minutes left in the first because a ref was hurt pretty bad.
So the last 5 minutes of the first, was all Edina, in my opinion. They were outworking and outhustling Wayzata, while playing sound defensively. The one issue, they weren't getting a ton of great looks.
The second started much the same, but they lost a bit of momentum. Wayzata started getting the zone time, but they were not getting good looks either. I started thinking that Edina had a solid 4 D, and with Brinkman, they could be really good, a dangerous team in sections. Pretty much at that moment, half way through the 2nd, the trojans pinned Edina in their zone the rest of the period.
The trojans scored about a minute into the 3rd and at that point it felt like they were going to win. Edina I think has more skilled high end players, but Wayzata had more depth, much more. Wayzata had an excellent third period and never left the attacking zone for much of the period. They just wore Edina down, and Edina's bench just kept getting smaller and smaller in terms of players Giles was confident in playing. Senden scored kind of a soft game winner from the left circle near the board, but they deserved the win. They added an empty netter in the final minute.
Both teams really didn't have many chance, and normally would have been a boring game, but both teams were so fast and pretty physical/chippy that it was fun to watch.
Edina is small and clearly not as strong as Wayzata. If you take Tabor off the team, you might not see any Hornet throw a check.
Dornbach and Senden seem like great captains, very blue collar hard working players. Lead by example types.
Walker is amazingly skilled, if he was not so undersized he would be a high draft pick.
I think Edina will get them in the final regular season meeting
