i was talking about edina i really dont follow them too closely but i was implying state champ quality teams. but are you saying you dont agree that edina is overrated? theyre a good team but they get way more credit than they deferve

DANG!! CAN U SAY OVERRATED??? i was just looking at the district 6 playoffs and edina lost to minnetonka and burnsville!!!! thats terrible, rosemount wasted burnsville everytime they played them we beat them, and minnetonka? rosemount beat minnetonka too, i think edina is way overrated!!!!

Edina never lost to Minnetonka and they just beat WBL 4-1 in the first round of Regions.

If you hear a distant rumble in the background, it is the return of dominance for the Edina Hockey program-Starting with the Bantam programs on down. You will see the in the next two years a string of repeat state appearances and championships. Simple facts. 2002-Silver Stick Champions-Fargo 2004-Peewee's win State Championship-56-3 2004-Bantam's State appearance 2005-Peewee's return to State-Edina or Chaska win. 2005-Bantam's return to State-and wins against Cent.! 2006-Bantam's wreak total havoc, lose maybe a game, and dominates state tourney and wins. From that point on the highschool team returns for multiple state appearances, and the team everyone loves to hate is once again buzzing. Despite who leaves the program, the numbers are amazing with somone ready to fill their spot. Coach Gris, I hope your right. If the H.S. coach would show the least bit of interest in the youth program, he would have the easiest job in hockey. Instead Edina feeds all the local private schools with some of their top players. I could see some of this years bantams not around in a couple of years, that would be too bad.
